Instructions
Full Workflow (Step by Step)
Go to Convert and upload your invoice, packing list, or Excel. The system creates a 2DWorkflow Create Shipment Template (.xlsx).
Upload the template to 2DWorkflow. Choose: Case Packed (equal units per box) or Individual (mixed). For mixed shipments, upload case-packed items first, then change type and upload individual items.
From 2DWorkflow, download the Printable Picklist Excel. It contains product images, FNSKUs, quantities.
Go to Picklist and upload the Printable Picklist. WAZIN loads all items, images, and barcodes.
Use Labels or Batch Print to generate FNSKU labels. Print all, or select specific items. Use the Scanner to scan products and print on the fly.
Use Count to record actual quantities. Scan a barcode and enter the count. Discrepancies are tracked automatically.
Use Boxes to register boxes. For mixed boxes, scan items to add them and set quantities. Outside labels are generated automatically.
Go to Close to generate the inspection report. Uncounted items are assumed correct. Review discrepancies.
